Ono Ice is a Hawaiian “shave ice” pop-up stand. Owner Rebecca Davis loved shave ice as a girl and wanted to see if it would be just as delicious using all-natural ingredients. So, she created syrups from scratch using all-natural ingredients like fresh fruit, dairy products, herbs, and spices. She also uses a hand-crank block ice shaver that produces finely textured ice, absorbing and holding the syrup for maximum flavor in every bite.
