Hernando Farmers Market was recently included in Southern Living’s  “12 Farmers Markets in the South You Should Visit this Season” article, and for good reason. Held on Hernando’s quaint and historic Town Square on Saturdays from April to October, the market represents small-town living at its best. Visitors can purchase a variety of local items, including fresh produce, milk, preserved foods, eggs, handmade crafts and more. Free activities abound, as well. Think sunrise yoga, food demonstrations and live tunes, just to name a few.

Saturdays from 9am-5pm

Where: Hernando Town Square
