Spring is in the air, and themed pop-up bar concepts are emerging around town accordingly. From festive beverages and bites to pretty seasonal decor, Nashville has plenty of opportunities to sip and savor as you celebrate the changing seasons. Here are three new spring pop-ups to enjoy — but stay tuned! We’ll update this list as more fun pop-ups and experiences are announced.

BarTENN | Flower Power

118 7th Ave. N., Nashville, TN 37203 • (615) 579-8488
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Friday through Sunday, 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Holston House is kicking our nostalgia into high gear with its newest signature pop-up, the “Flower Power” bar. From March 10 through May 7, BarTENN is transforming into a ’60s-themed cocktail experience with all the disco and floral decor you could ask for.

Munch on exclusive menu items like the sunflower pot brioche with bee pollen butter or the floral matcha panna cotta, and enjoy sippers like the Funk Bomb (Grey Goose strawberry and lemongrass vodka, lemon juice, and ginger beer) or Dancing Queens (serves two to four, and features Cathead Honeysuckle vodka, lychee syrup, cranberry juice, rosemary syrup, and lemon juice).

Parlour Bar | Blossom Bar

210 4th Ave. N., Nashville, TN 37219 • (615) 622-0600
Hours: Monday through Wednesday, 4 p.m. to midnight; Thursday, 4 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.; Sunday, noon to midnight

Cherry blossoms are a stunning indication that spring has finally arrived, and you can immerse yourself in all things cherry blossoms at the Dream Nashville Parlour Bar pop-up. The Japanese-inspired Blossom Bar will be serving up beautiful decor, beverages, and bites through late May. There’s even a life-sized cherry tree and a floral-themed photobooth for memorable takeaways.

Sip on signature cocktails like the Paper Roses (rum, lime, blackberries, and mint) and Purple Rain (gin, maraschino liqueur, Creme de Violette, and lemon) while you snack on festive bites like the Floral Spring Rolls featuring noodles, peanuts, chicken, carrots, mint, basil, edible flowers, and peanut dipping sauce.

Fairlane Hotel Penthouse | Nash Vice

401 Union St., Nashville, TN 37219 • (615) 988-8511
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturday, 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The penthouse pop-ups at the Fairlane Hotel continue to dazzle, and the newest one is no exception. The vibes at Nash Vice are simply too good to pass up! An ode to all things ’80s, you can expect to feast your eyes on everything neon and palm trees. Indulge in snacks such as fried mac and cheese with candied bacon, accompanied by on-theme cocktails like The Yacht Life, featuring champagne and a boozy popsicle. If you’re a mezcal fan, we recommend Bringin’ the Heat, which is essentially a watermelon-basil margarita. Take it on the balcony and enjoy the skyline view! For an added dose of luxury, splurge on the VIP experience: a round of cocktails, two appetizers, and a bottle of champagne.
