This season, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles brings us their eighth-annual designer showhouse, featuring the inspiring work of more than 15 regional interior designers. It just might be their most dazzling display yet, showcasing jaw-dropping artwork, awe-inspiring architectural elements, and detailed nuances around every corner.

Southeastern Showhouse exterior

Presented by Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles and benefiting Camp Twin Lakes, the 2023 Southeastern Designer Showhouse & Gardens is not to be missed.

Located on Normandy Drive, one of Buckhead’s most sought-after residential streets, the 2023 Southeastern Designer Showhouse & Gardens is a gorgeous custom-built residence. Classical architecture can be found throughout the open, light-filled home, including an abundance of coved ceilings, high doorways, and windows that offer stunning views of the tree-filled backyard, evoking feelings of the countryside.

The home features five bedrooms with five full baths and three half baths, two primary bedrooms, two laundry rooms, a main-level study, media space, home theater, game room, wine cellar, and a gym complete with sauna and massage room. Other highlights include a lovely terrace with an outdoor kitchen and pool.

Benecki Homes flawlessly executed the Showhouse’s design in collaboration with SOURCE and the masterful work of skilled interior designers from across the South. Every corner of the home is infused with beautiful design details and furnishings to bring the newly constructed residence to life. Though challenging to narrow down, below are a few of our favorite spaces!

‘Lovely in Lavender’ Bedroom

Inspired by her Southern heritage and familial roots in Virginia, Sara Hillery created a serene bedroom with botanicals, natural elements, and soothing shades of lavender and fresh moss-green accents. The overall feel is refreshing, visually clean, and offers a fresh take on traditional interior design elements.

Lush Lower Lounge

In the lower lounge, designed by J Kathryn Interiors, Kentucky native Jessica Barton’s use of pattern and print stands out. Inspired by her design hero, Mario Buatta, or the “Prince of Chintz,” Jessica embraces the indoor/outdoor lifestyle with her flowered fabric and accents reminiscent of a blooming summer garden.

Modern + Moody Home Theatre

This feminine and fierce home theatre by Marie Cloud of Indigo Pruitt is saturated with color and style. The contemporary space has artistic touches, expressive patterns, and a rich color palette of earth tones, oranges, and reds. The alluring design invites visitors to sit and stay awhile — the perfect vibe for a home theatre.

Jungle-Chic Primary Bedroom

The lovely walls in the primary bedroom by Melanie Turner Interiors depict exotic birds, jungle animals, and blooming branches. Pops of color and pattern complete the look, creating an ambiance of elegance and escapism.

Pops-of-Color Game Room

We love the attention-grabbing details in this fabulous game room by Lizz McKay of Venture Shuffleboard. A Fuschia pool table, vibrant hand-blown glass pieces, and unique artwork and light fixtures make this room ultra-interesting.

The downstairs game room is layered with vibrant art pieces, pops of bright color, and lots of funky texture.
