One of Thistle Farms Cafe’s guiding principles is “Chado,” which means “the way of tea” in Japanese. It’s more than just preparing tea. If you can’t attend this event, stop by the shop from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday for a taste, cups, or pot of tea.
