Chez Fonfon
Known for their French cuisine, but don’t be surprised by Chez Fonfon’s amazingly delicious burgers and fries. And don’t miss the chance to play a game of boule on the back patio, which is reminiscent of a village scene in Provence.
Galley and Garden
Located in the historic Merritt House, this upscale venue is known for some of the city’s best fine dining. The upstairs patio is a great place for a night filled with great food and drinks off Highland Avenue.

Marty’s PM
This late-night joint, open from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., naturally attracts the service industry crowd. When the Magic City’s restaurant managers, bartenders and waiters hang up their aprons and close down their eateries, they head to this beloved watering hole, where the to-die-for corned beef Reuben with hand-trimmed, house-cured beef brisket and their patty melt have both garnered local accolades.
